Louise Lynch

Nursery Manager

Louise has been back at Tara kindergartens since January 2024 after returning to the company 20 years on, she first started working for Tara kindergartens before she left to have her family in 1996. she is NNEB qualified with many ,many years of experience.

Sera Gundogdu

Deputy Manager

Sera has worked at Tara kindergartens for over 11 years and has worked her way up through the nursery from practitioner to room leader to now Deputy manager on a job share role. She has an great relationship with other practitioners, children and parents/families and is a much valued member of out team. Sera holds an NVQ level 3 qualification.

Tara Smith

Deputy Manaager

Tara has worked for over 9 years at Tara kindergartens and is currently working part time on job share as Deputy Manager. Tara has been the baby room leader for a number of years and is now stepping out of that role to assist with the everyday running of the nursery. Tara is a well liked member of our team who staff respect and look up to for support. Tara has an NVQ level 3 qualification.

Teresa Mbimba

Room leader pre school/Third in charge

Teresa is our room leader and third in charge of the whole nursery. Teresa joined us in 2019 and has had many years of experience in childcare. she is a well respected member of our team throughout the nursery and is a great mentor to all other practitioners. Teresa has an amazing relationship with all parents and caregivers Teresa has NVQ level 3 qualification

Kindomba Voka

Room Senior, Toddler Room

Kin has been working in childcare for over 10 years and is deeply passionate about her work as a practitioner. Kin loves engaging with the children, supporting their growth as they explore and learn through play. Kin has worked in our toddler room for a number of years and has worked her way up to room leader. Kin has a very good relationship with all parents and all staff members here at Tara kindergartens and is a well valued experienced member of our team. Kin has a NVQ level 3 qualification

Zarana Ahmed

Baby Room Leader

Zarana has many years experience working within childcare and has worked in and between all rooms at our setting. She has progressed her way up to be a room leader in our baby unit. Zarana is very creative and is our go to member of staff for encouraging ideas and motivation within planning. Zarana has a great relationship with all children, staff and parents and is a valued member of our team here at Tara kindergartens. Zarana is NVQ level 3 qualified.

Grace Munu

Nursery practitioner

Grace has been working here at Tara Kindergartens for over a year and is very passionate about supporting the children's learning through the 7 areas in the EYFS framework. She is dedicated in meeting the children's individual needs, enjoys planning new activities and experimenting with different activities. Grace has a good relationship with everyone in nursery, children, staff and parents. Grace is NVQ level 2 qualified

Nancy Agyeman Badu

Nursery practitioner

Nancy has been working here at Tara Kindergartens for more than 4 years. She is reliable and is well liked by all staff and children. Nancy has worked in all rooms but has now settled in baby room. She has amazing activities planned for the babies daily and has a great relationship with all parents/caregivers. Nancy is always making sure that each and every baby's needs are always met. Nancy is NVQ level 3 qualified

Farjana Aktar

Nursery assistant

Farjana has recently joined us and is the newest member of our team, she is hard working and always prepared to work hard in the interests of everyone in nursery staff, children and parents. Farjana has joined the baby room team and we look forward to working closely with her. Farjana is unqualified.

Zarina Gul Agha

Nursery assistant

Zarina has been working at the nursery for approaching three years and has had experience in all the rooms but is now permanent in the toddler room. Zarina is very creative and has lots of great activity ideas to share with everyone in the nursery. She has a good relationship with all the other practitioners and is always willing to lend a hand to anyone, she has a great relationship with all children and parents. Zarina is unqualified

Ivette Ntambwe

Room second pre school

Ivette has worked with us here at Tara Kindergartens for the passed 5 years after being a student with us. She is bilingual and is fluent in English and French and is a very popular member of our team. Ivette works in the pre-school room and is second in charge of the room. Ivette is very passionate about her work with children and is a natural educator. Ivette is NVQ level 6 qualified.

Ruksar Miah

Apprentice

Ruksar joined Tara Kindergartens in 2023 and is a valued member of our team. Ruksar works while she is also finishing her college courses, juggling both to a very high standard. Ruksar started with us as a student but was soon approached to join our team fulltime which lead to her beginning her apprenticeship with us. Ruksar has an amazing relationship with everyone at nursery and the parents/caregivers all have a great deal of respect for her. Ruksar will always put her best efforts, everyday into Tara Kindergartens and has proved herself invaluable. Ruksar is NVQ level 2 working towards level 3

Keren Simuene

Nursery assistant

Keren has been working at Tara Kindergartens for just over a year in our pre school room. Keren is very creative and enjoys planning imaginative play activities as well as messy play. Keren has a fantastic relationship with children and staff and is well know by all the parents/caregivers. Keren has played a big part in creating a calming yet stimulating environment in the nursery as a whole. Keren is unqualified

Lira Lala

Chef

Lira has been working as a chef here at Tara Kindergartens for 11 years and during that time she has made it her passion to provide the children with healthy, home cooked from scratch nutritious food. She is currently on a five star rating from the Food Standard Agency. She also partakes in cooking activities with the children weekly things such as bread, pizza, scones and much more.
